Kwaliteitszorg in de staalbouw

The trade journal Lastechniek started an initiative to exchange knowledge about quality assurance in the (steel construction) industry. How do companies deal with quality assurance before, during and after welding? Six welding coordinators from different companies are sitting around the table. Our colleague Ad van Leest, Welding Engineer, is one of them. He says these sessions were very valuable.

“It was a feast of recognition. Even though everyone is in a different industry, you all have the same challenges. One of the points that particularly came up was that you have to continually invest in your own employees in order to continue to deliver high quality; you have to cherish them.
