For 12.5 years, Sherpa β the partnership between Croonwolter&dros, Hollandia Services and Arcadis β has been working successfully within the water infrastructure sector. Under the Sherpa name, we have already delivered multiple (performance-based) maintenance contracts. The strength of Sherpa lies in the complementarity of the three partners, who reinforce one another and together provide unique solutions to keep Dutch infrastructure operational.
After more than a decade of intensive collaboration, it was time for a realignment. This was driven not only by changing contract models in the market, but also by developments within the individual companies. This renewed start has resulted in a fresh, shared vision and clear process agreements, captured in our new rules of cooperation.
We look back with pride on 12.5 years of collaboration under the Sherpa banner. And with just as much energy, we look forward. Sherpa is ready for the next phase β with renewed agreements, a solid foundation and the shared ambition to continue our successful cooperation.
