Both sections of the Clyde Crossing swing bridge have now arrived in Scotland and have been successfully assembled! Last week, the first operational closure took place, marking an important step towards the completion of this project.
With the handover and official opening scheduled for the autumn, we can already be proud of what we have achieved together.
Clyde Waterfront and Renfrew Riverside Hollandia Infra, in collaboration with Iemants / Smulders and on behalf of GRAHAM Group, is building a new riverside connection near Glasgow over the River Clyde. This connection consists of an architectural double swing bridge with a total span of 180 meters. Hollandia Infra is responsible for the southern bridge section.
