Last night was a special night for Hollandia Services, as it was announced at the Rotterdam City Hall that we are one of the three finalists for the Rotterdam Business Award! The jury assesses candidates on groundbreaking entrepreneurship and impact on the greater Rotterdam region, among other things.
Hollandia’s history includes building, renovating and maintaining some of the most iconic works of Rotterdam. From the Willemsbrug to the Van Brienenoordbrug, and from the Maeslantkering to the award-winning Radar Tower on Maasvlakte II. The jury says the following about Hollandia:
It is an old soul with a new young heart that will define its success into the future. The company is fit for the future. Partly because of Hollandia Services, the accessibility of the Netherlands in the broadest sense of the word remains guaranteed.
Of course we are proud of this nomination, which is a great boost for our entire team. The tension remains for a while, because on June 4 it will be announced to whom the prize will eventually be awarded.
