For the Tilbury Dual Function Lock Gates flood defence project, the two Middle lock gates have been transferred outside using two self-propelled modular trailers (SPMT). Outside the gates have been flipped over using 4 mobile cranes. During coming weeks the final welding activities will be executed followed by preservation of the gates.
