In 2015 we were awarded a contract to replace the rail constructions in the outer head of the Park Locks in Rotterdam. The client Dimco (formerly Geka Bouw) is carrying out a general renovation of the Park Locks for the municipality of Rotterdam, so that they can last for a while again.
In 2016 the municipality commissioned the same construction consortium to renovate the inner head.
Our work consisted mainly of the fabrication and assembly of the new movement works, namely rail construction and carriages, on which the lock doors move back and forth on the bottom of the chamber and door boxes.
