Hollandia Services is carrying out major maintenance on the lift bridge for the province of South Holland so that it can be operated remotely. It is also ensured that the bridge continues to meet all safety requirements.
The maintenance includes the following work:
– Renewal of control and remote control systems
– Work on and renewal of the lifting equipment, the emergency engine, the lift towers, the halyard and the cabling
– Optimisation of the bridge drive in accordance with the applicable directives (including requirements for CE marking)
– Implementation of control via the Steekter gate control centre
