Installation Rising Sector Gate – Floodbarrier Boston

Hollandia UK carried out work for Hollandia Infra on the storm surge barrier in Boston Lincolnshire. This work consisted of: site installation work, coordination of the installation, detailed positioning of main hinges, calculation of the headrests for the hydraulic cylinders, stop brackets and temporary bridges required for the on-site delivery of the complete flood defense. Hollandia UK ensured that the barrier was delivered and unloaded at the site via a seagoing vessel and SPMTs.
